Trademark Notification Policy
Here’s a paraphrased version of the same policy:
Last Updated: December 10, 2021
If you are the owner of a trademark and believe that content hosted by an apire.io client is violating your trademark rights, you can file a notice of alleged infringement. To do this, please provide a notification to the Designated Agent below with the following details:
-
A physical or digital signature from a representative authorized to act on behalf of the trademark owner whose rights are allegedly violated.
-
Details of the trademark that you believe is being infringed. If the trademark is registered, include the registration information. If it’s not, provide a description or a copy of the trademark.
-
Information about the infringing content, including the URL (if available) or other details, such as an IP address, that will help us identify the content.
-
Your contact details, including your address, phone number, and email.
-
A statement asserting that you believe in good faith that the use of the content is not authorized by the trademark owner, their representative, or the law.
-
A declaration, under penalty of perjury, that the information you have provided is correct and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the trademark owner.
Apire.io will assess your notice for accuracy, validity, and completeness. If it meets the criteria, we will pass it along to the relevant customer or user responsible for the content in question.
