North Commerce and Distribution s.r.o/APIRE.IO ("Company") has established a policy in line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to address claims of copyright infringement. The designated contact person to handle copyright claims ("Designated Agent") is listed below.
How to Report Copyright Infringement
The Company addresses copyright claims filed under the DMCA. Section 512 of the DMCA outlines how to properly report copyright infringement and the process for filing a counter-notice to contest the removal of content.
If you believe content on the Company's website or services violates your copyright, please submit a notice to the Designated Agent containing:
"I certify that I have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the owner, agent, or the law (e.g., fair use)."
"I declare under penalty of perjury that the information in this notice is accurate, and I am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner or holder of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
Submit the notice to the Designated Agent via the Contact Form or at:
North Commerce and Distribution s.r.o Attn: Legal Kloboucnicka 1735/26 14000 Prague 4 Prague, Czechia
DMCA Notice Implications
Once a DMCA notice is received, the Company will verify its accuracy. If the notice meets all requirements, we will notify the user responsible for the allegedly infringing content. Should the user believe the claim is invalid or they have the right to use the content, they may submit a counter-notice as outlined in Section 512(g)(3) of the DMCA.
It is important to note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), submitting a false copyright claim could result in liability for damages, including legal costs. Before submitting a notice, ensure that you are the copyright holder (or authorized to represent them) and that you have a valid claim.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In line with the DMCA, the Company may terminate user accounts in cases where the user repeatedly infringes on the copyrights of others.
